Last night concluded our horse handling 101 class. This was a great first class. Big thank you to everyone that made this happen. We are looking forward to the next class. If your a veteran or first responder interested in participating send us a message.
Due to excessive heat, classes will be canceled tonight. We will be picking back up next Tuesday. Stay cool and Stat hydrated.
Pathfinders first class went great!
Due to an overwhelming response, we are opening up a second Horse Handling 101 class for Vets and First Responders starting this Thursday evening. Message us if you're wanting to get involved, we only have a few spots left.
Tonight is a great night! We are coordinating for our first Horse Handling 101 Class to begin this Tuesday evening. We excited to meet our first group of four students! Thanks to VFWPost 9126 and some other generous donors, all four students received scholarships. We are so excited to begin the work we have planned for so long.
We're excited to finally get started with our first class for Military Veterans and First Responders. Scholarships are available.
Classes are held on Tuesday evenings 6:30p – 8:30p starting on August 1st. Located at All Round Equine in Mounds, Oklahoma
This program gives each participant a safe, solid foundation in handling horses.
By the end of the 4 weeks, participants will be able to safely:
“Join Up” with horse.
Catch a horse and halter it.
Lead the horse over and through a variety of obstacles.
Lunge the horse.
Groom the horse.
Cost per person is $150. (Scholarship funds are available)

Would you like to learn more about horses?
Pathfinders is seeking Veterans and First Responders to participate in a 4-week program that will teach them the basics of horsemanship. No experience necessary.
This program gives each participant a safe, solid foundation in handling horses.
Should graduates of this program want to continue to learn horsemanship skills, additional programming is available.
The Groundwork Basics Program meets for 2 hours, once per week for 4 weeks at All Round Equine in Mounds, Oklahoma.
Cost per person is $150. (Scholarship funds may be available)
