Meet Hannah ! 👋

Hannah Anderson is the Property Manager within Redwater Equity. Hannah is celebrating her 1 year anniversary with the company this month, and continues to excel in her role here at REG! 🎉
No two days on the job look the same for Hannah, however her ability to handle the unexpected while wearing a smile makes her the best at what she does!

Meet Sam 👋

Sam Sendgraff is the Co Founder & Managing Member of Redwater Equity Group based out of Tulsa Oklahoma.

Within Redwater Equity Group, Sam serves as the head of our in-house renovation team. Sam Sendgraff is a private investor who has been involved in the renovation of residential real estate since 1998 (21 years) and has been full-time investing since 2013. He has been involved in over 80 real estate transactions and currently has ownership in 55 properties. Truly an engineer at heart , Sam enjoys being hands on with any project he takes on.

We are grateful to have Sam as a part of the Redwater team!

Meet Will ! 👋

Within Redwater Equity Group, Will serves as the head of investor relations, and of which has raised over $2,000,000 in investor capital.

Prior to starting Redwater Equity Group, Will explored the corporate scene, and had an “aha “ moment; real-estate has a higher return and a larger market overall. While attending the University Of Oklahoma, Will raised over $40,000 for charity and volunteered a total 1,300 hours. Due to this, community involvement has played a role in the continuous success of creating and maintaining investor and customer relationships.

We would like to introduce you to Ryan! 👋

Ryan serves as the head of multifamily acquisitions. Prior to starting REG, Ryan was the Chief Information Offers for Expo Square and the Tulsa State Fair. Ryan comes from a background in Information Technology. He has created several business operations from donut delivery to website hosting. Ryan bought his first rental property instead of acquiring a donut shop, and continued to pursue real estate as a profession. Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys diving deeper into military history ,and hiking.
