You're invited! Join us for the first Saturday of Fall training with HIT/MIT on Saturday August 3rd at our KingsPointe Village location! This morning, we are offering free drop-ins for anyone who wants to try out the program! Marathoners (MIT) will take off at 6:15 am and Half Marathons (HIT) will take off at 6:30 am. The workout will be 4-5 miles depending on the group. We hope to see you there!
