What is cascara?! Cascara is the skin of the coffee cherry that is dried and brewed to create a delicious tea that is full of fig and stone fruit notes. It also offers a smooth energy boost that won’t leave you shakey or crashing later in the day.

✨We will soon be rolling out our next single original decaf coffee so now is the time to get your hands on some Finca Santa Isabel while you still can!

🌳About the farm: Finca Santa Isabel is located 1300 masl in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, just west of the El Salvadoran border. This particular lot is a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra cultivars that are washed before being decaffeinated. This farm has been in the Keller family since 1899, and in the last twenty years, they have shifted their production to focus on organic practices and bio-diverse farm management in order to craft exceptional organic certified coffees. This coffee is decaffeinated using a method called Mountain Water decaffeination so that it can maintain its status as organically certified.

☕️What’s in the cup: This decaf has a bright honey crisp apple acidity, an agave nectar sweetness and a deep molasses undertone that underscores the robust and dynamic flavor profile in this superbly balanced coffee.

For the first time ever, we’ve sourced coffee from Zambia, and it’s a story worth sharing. Nestled in the Northern Province, the Kateshi Estate is shaking things up. This isn’t just about great coffee; it’s about a community coming together.

Thanks to our partners at Covoya Coffee Importers, we’ve learned that Kateshi Estate supports over 20,000 locals with essentials like clean water, education, and healthcare. They even have a football team, the Kateshi Coffee Bullets!

What’s more, Kateshi Estate is leading the way in gender equality. They’re the only coffee producer in Zambia employing women to operate heavy machinery.

This Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee features the Castillo and Catimor cultivars, which are known for their resilience and unique flavors. The natural process enhances the intensity, making this coffee truly unforgettable.

This offering aligns perfectly with our goals at Topeca, to support and highlight hard working folks around the world who strive to produce excellent coffee with equity, sustainability, and passion.

This Zambian natural kicks off with notes of a mellow cherry cola, spanish lime zest, and a rich candied walnut finish.
