Our partner classes are a mix of restorative yoga for the pregnant partner and labor support practice for the supporting partner. Moms gets to relax and be pampered and partner learns valuable skills for helping soothe her physical & emotional stress.

Our partner class is truly a pampering sesh for mom. The pregnant partner will move through a series of relaxing, restorative yoga poses, and the supporting partner (can be spouse, friend, sister, anyone!) will offer instructor-guided therapeutic assists designed to deepen the relaxation effect of the pose. You’ll love it!!
All trimesters and postpartum couples welcome!

Meet your TPY instructors 🙌🏼
⭐️Beth Richmond (the tall one!) is a PRYT 500 and a trauma-informed yoga specialist. She has been teaching Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga for over 5 years and has been on the TPY team since 2017. Our clients LOVE Beth for her nurturing approach to teaching, always incorporating just the right mix of strength and softness. You’ll leave Beth’s classes with your cup filled! She teaches our Wednesday evening (though you can sometimes find her in our Saturday class, too!)
⭐️Lisa Pierce (the short one!) is a certified Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga and fitness specialist with over 10 years of experience working with pregnant and postpartum clients. She also has many hours of training in childbirth education and labor support. Lisa began Tulsa Prenatal Yoga in 2014 and has served hundreds of tulsa moms since! She aims to teach every client how to tap into their inner wellspring of strength. Lisa believes yoga begins with the breath and she’ll teach you how to breathe through anything! She teaches our Saturday morning class.
