Dillon International, Inc., is a licensed, not-for-profit child placement agency that has specialized in international adoption and post-adoption services since its beginning in 1972. Centrally located in the United States, Dillon International is home-based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was the first licensed international adoption agency in the state. In addition, Dillon International is licensed in Missouri, Arkansas, California, Kansas, Missouri and Texas. Currently, we offer adoption programs from China, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Korea and Vietnam. We also provide home studies services for families that reside in the states that we are licensed in.
