I had every intention of doing one of those GRWM posts but, I’ll be honest, I was half way through packing the car up before I even thought about getting my tripod out. Clearly, I’m not an influencer 🤣
Little known fact: I was a traveling massage therapist up until two years ago. Before I opened my second location and in addition to my in-office sessions at my South location, I would travel to clients in town as well as the Birmingham area. I would even travel as far as Tennessee. Now that I’ve closed my second location, I’m back in the travel world. Weekends are now my travel days.
I’ve just finished providing my massage therapy and yoga services to a wonderful sorority sisterhood retreat. It was amazing and I enjoyed working with the beautiful ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Thank you so much for trusting me to be your massage therapist and yoga instructor today! A time was had!

I’m grateful for such amazing clientele and students!
The support they continue to show me each year is unmatched! Keeping their regular sessions, attending yoga classes, promoting me through word of mouth, and sharing my posts; I couldn’t ask for a better community of people! 2023 came with new challenges I haven’t experienced since I first opened my business but through it all, I made it!

I really want to post more informative content for y’all but my goodness, the amount of time it takes to film, edit, and do voiceovers. Who has that kind of time?
Between back to back massage sessions plus teaching yoga classes, my tank is usually empty by the end of the day.
However, I told myself that I’m going to try and post SOMETHING at least three times a week.
