Guys, if you have any of our butters or balms shipped to you please understand that this insane heat and sitting on a super hot truck all day may change the consistency of the product temporarily. The Butters may be more watery. The tallow based balms will melt, because they are refined fat. This doesn't hurt the usefulness of the products at all.

Many companies avoid this issue because they add preservatives, gelling agents, and thickeners. We don't do any of that so that does make some of the products more sensitive to high heat. Again, it doesn't change how good the product works. Just how it looks.

Pop your jar in the fridge for a half hour then stir it vigorously and you should be good to go!

Due to my genetic map, I came to find out I do not absorb and metabolize Vit D well from the Sun.
So I did a little experiment. I stopped my vit D supplement in May, knowing I was likely going to get at least a good hour or more of direct sunlight a day, I wanted to see just where I'd fall with Sunlight alone (and I eat a good amount of shrooms too).

As you can see, I bottomed out after 2 months with plenty of sun exposure. 😔😔😔
So for heart, bone, neurological, and immune system health it is likely I will always need around 1500 units daily to maintain normal levels. My standard dose is 10,000 units once a week (more in the winter or with sick symptoms).
