🥗Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, ladies!🍽️
Here are 4 of my repetitive Monday through Friday meals from this past week—simple, satisfying, and packed with protein. Yes, some were repetitive, but I promise, they hit the spot every time! 🙌🏽
Healthy eating fuels our bodies, boosts energy, and helps us feel amazing inside and out.

Meals Show In Pictures:
1. Chicken salad w/ pasta salad and mixed veggies
2. Tuna w/ lime, salt, pepper, cilantro, cucumber and feta cheese
3. Chicken with lettuce, cucumber, feta cheese all mixed into a homemade tzatziki sauce using dill w**d seasoning, lemons, crushed red peppers and plain greek yogurt to add a higher volume of protein
4. Protein pancakes with peanut butter, light syrup and some fruit
