Bad News: One employee is moving to Texas and we already need another

So we are looking for 2 employees to work around 35 hours a week. We will train on all aspects of assisting in the office. No experience necessary. Must be able to (will not always have to, but) work one late night per week and 1 weekend a month.

Starting pay $15/hr doe with evaluation at 90days.

Ozempic and Wegovy are brand name injections that are owned and manufactured by NOVOCARE. We are not affiliated with novocare. I write prescriptions for those medications for people that need and want them, but these shots are compounded Semaglutide (you can google it) from a 503B compounding pharmacy in florida. I hope that helps prevent any confusion.

Ultimately the shots are not the end all/ be all to weight loss, but these shots can help jump start your transformation and when combined with Diet and Exercise can really help make a drastic difference. Then hopefully you will have made lifestyle choices that help keep the weight off.

Existing Patients get 0.25 mg of semaglutide ( a peptide that slows gastric emptying and makes you feel full) for $35 dollars.
If you need a higher dose, the price increases 10 dollars for every 0.25mg increase.
0.5mg=$45, 0.75=$55, etc

New patients need an exam and physical first to rule out any health problems and make sure there is no contraindications. That visit is $120 dollars and INCLUDES the first shot of 0.25mg semaglutide.

Does insurance cover this? Insurance does not cover semaglutide injections, so the weekly shots are self pay.

Insurance may cover your initial physical, We can bill it and you are responsible for whatever is left.

Hopefully that answers the majority of your questions, If you have specific medical questions, such as side effects and contraindications you can google them, but staff are not allowed to answer medical questions over the phone. If you have specific questions you will need to pay for a visit and speak to a provider.

I have struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts for years. Unfortunately we need to talk about mental health with our teenagers. Please ask your kids how they are doing and be ready to support them. Depression is not a problem it is normal. It happens We put so much pressure on kids to be adult way before they are supposed to, but we don't equip them to handle these feelings and stress. In the Twin Falls area, if your kid is struggling, please please reach out to me and I will put you and your child in touch with some great counselors and a phenomenal psychiatrist (he treats my wife) and I will do this and refer you at no charge. You don't have to be embarrassed. Just call my office and make an appointment. I would rather work for free than have to treat my friends for the fallout from su***de.
