I have been interviewed by several podcasts....and didn't think to add one.

I am grateful that the hosts reach out and what to share our thoughts with the world. Probably one of the MOST HEART TOUCHING was an interview I did 3 months ago with a podcast host who is helping women that have gone through a traumatic experience,... find happiness again.

I am sure ALL OF YOU AGREE...that when you allow yourself time to relax and create...you feel a calming come over you. You can get lost in this wonderful world of creativity.

For me, Creative friends are VERY important....we just "get each other". I am happy that I am getting to know so many of you and what art means to you.

I’m slow to keep up with the new items on the market….ie “Ear buds”….. thanks to my kids… they keep me updated … and it’s helping me stay on POSITIVE THOUGHTS during my work out this morning 😀.

Now, Your probably thinking, Ok what does this have to do with art and being Creative??? Our mindset is EVERYTHING. It not only affects our ability to create… (meaning whether we feel like creating or not), it also shows up in the feelings that come across in our art. The feeling, ….the message…. It puts out. Say Encouraging things to yourself as YOU Create today...and HAPPY CREATING❣️
