It would be an understatement to say my bakers and I have had an unusually tough week...a very long week! Each of us dealing with difficult personal issues that this life throws at us! But with God's grace, love, mercy and kindness, we've made it through!

It's also been a week where we've witnessed God's mighty and sovereign hand turn a man's head ever so slightly and he is alive, yet another man died saving his family. Why one and not the other? This I cannot answer.

One answer I know is God is sovereign and His ways are not our ways. He is perfect. We are not. His love and grace reach far above my comprehension! This is why I trust Him in all things. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Rest in this assurance today!
