Can anyone else relate? ❤ if so.

I was young and had blind faith. 

Plus, the antibiotics were the only thing that helped my severe acne, so I kept taking them...for over 4 years.

I had no idea what the long-term use was doing to my GI until my late 20’s

I ended up with lots more GI issues

Thankfully, I was able to correct them with the help of a GI Map stool test

I had the GI symptoms, but simply taking probiotics wasn’t cutting it

I ended up finding multiple bacterial overgrowths (aka pretty intense SIBO)

I applied the 4 R protocol and thankfully everything has been mostly restored, and my GI and skin are in much better shape
