The 2nd Okinawa Karate Boy's and Girl's World Championships is only 280 days away!

Happy Halloween!! We had a great time at our Spooky Class. Kids went all out.There's a few more missing.

Back from another amazing trip to Okinawa! Fantastic training with Sensei Uechi, Stolsmark and so many more. It was also great to see old friends and make new ones. The Karate Day at Kokusai Dori and 100 Kata day were amazing experiences.Can't wait to share😀. Here are some highlights ✌️.

Japan trip has been a great experience! Here are some highlights from Tokyo, Sumida River and Okinawa.On Karate Day, Training 3 hrs at the Budokan in the morning then 100 Kata day at Shuri Castle with karateka from more than 20 different countries! Amazing!

Test #1 Done!🙏🙏. Tomorrow test #2. Santiago is a great City with awesome people, food and incredible must see places.

Arriving to Santiago Chile for the Jr PKF. Lots of rain and cold, but this will be a great experience. Stay tuned for Pictures 😀👍🥋

We had an excellent time with Olympian Sakura Kokumai and Dr. Vizcarra at the Dojo. Their knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding.Can't wait for part 2!
