Iowa State University Kent Feed Mill
Located in Ames, Iowa the complex includes feed milling and mixing equipment, grain storage bins, grain drying and handling equipment, a warehouse, and an education building with
classroom, lab, and meeting spaces. The FeedMill provides students hands-on training to prepare them to enter the grain and feed industry.

Located on the north side of Norwalk, Iowa this bank project consisted of retaining wall design, underground detention, drive through facility, and future property connectivity.

Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden 🌸
Did you know CDA has been involved in at least half a dozen projects throughout the Botanical Gardens! We are proud to be not only be a design partner but a donor to support their growing vision.

Woodland Hills Park

Located in West Des Moines this neighborhood park offers multiple play structures, an impressive shelter, restroom facilities, tennis courts, large open field ready for a soccer or baseball game, and scenic looping walking trails.

Deer Creek - Ankeny, Iowa

Located east of I-35 this 720-acre community has single family lots of various sizes, some backing to open space and the beautiful creek. The community has parcels ready for a variety of townhome, apartment, and commercial development. Easy access to I35 and to the new Ankeny Costco makes this one of the most desired places to live in Ankeny.

GoGo Plaza! A small but mighty project from the . This redesigned plaza features a family restroom, outdoor water bottle filling stations, shaded seating, a cooling area, parent’s rooms, and an adult-sized changing table. This redesigned plaza space gives heightened accessibility options at the zoo.

CDA had the opportunity to be a part of this years mentor program. We had a great time introducing the students to pursuing careers in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering through the development of a project.

For those of you that don’t, CDA is a multi-discipline consulting firm specializing in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Land Planning, and Surveying. We are passionate about our work and excited to connect with all of you to share our exciting projects.
