Job Summary:
* Provides dedicated administrative and clerical support for specific functions or management within a department. Updates and distributes regular reports.
* Performs general administrative duties for the department as required (i.e. filing faxing emailing making copies etc.). Provides secretarial support to department staff members by preparing and typing correspondence and documents (i.e. memos presentations etc.) Maintains databases master lists statistics and/or essential files on pertinent department information. Coordinates information reviews for accuracy records all changes and may generate reports for managerial review and approval.
* Establishes monitors and coordinates procedures for audit and control of information for the department.
* Schedules meetings maintain calendars resolves time conflicts and coordinates needed meetings and events.
* Assists with prioritizing daily work routine around key deliverables and daily agenda.
* Runs necessary reports for the department.
Qualifications:
Have dependable transportation
Interested / Qualified applicants must be able to work remotely from home
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
Proficient in basic computer , printing and can quickly learn new things
No Office experience necessary, Customer service, administrative experience is a PLUS
Compensation: $1000 - $2000 Weekly
Hours: 9 - 12 Hrs Weekly
Days : 5 days a week

Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
• Help with social media online marketing
