The handheld AZTC20 Thermocutter is compact and easy to use for cutting plastics, fabrics, polystyrene, rubber and other materials. It has adjustable power regulation, rapid blade heat up (with overheating protection), easy blade change functionality, LED function control, and more. A variety of blades are available for different applications. In the past, thermocutters have been heavy and their handles overheat due to the transformer in the tools' handle. With the AZTC20, both of these issues have been solved. The electronics eliminate the need for the heavy transformers, bringing the tool's total weight to under 12 ounces. Without the need for a transformer, the handle will no longer overheat in the user's hand.

Drader Injectiweld uses heat from the welding tip to pre-plasticize the welding surface of the thermoplastic. Molten plastic is immediately injected sub-surfacely under pressure, into the weld area to fuse the plastic together and form a sound weld. Since the or***ce in the weld tip is submerged, surface preparation is not necessary and virtually no oxidation takes place during the welding process. The result is an efficient quality weld.
