Calling All Fourth Grade Parents:

We could sure use your support for our upcoming promotion ceremony. In years past it has been tradition that fourth-grade parents do some behind-the-scenes work and assist with promotion. This year we are calling for six volunteers to revive the tradition and support us in our efforts to celebrate the fifth-grade class.

We have most everything covered at this point. We just need a bit of help with set up, serving refreshments, and clean up on the following dates/times:

Wednesday, June 14, from 10am to noon: Meet with Liz in the auditorium to decorate (3 volunteers)

Thursday, June 15, from 8:45am to 10:45am: Meet Liz in the auditorium for food service assignments and clean up (3 volunteers)

Our annual school carnival will be on June 2nd from 3-6pm. We appreciate your support! When our parent community volunteers their time, our events run seamlessly. In supporting our school with your time, you can help contribute to our largest fundraiser of the year, which benefit all of our children and the annual programs we are able to offer to support their growth and positive school experiences!
