Meet Our Culinary Director, Yuji Iwasa.
At a young age chef Yuji learned how to cook from his Mom and started his professional career when he was 17 years old at a Ramen Shop.
Trained in classical French cooking, his recipes focus on highlighting quality ingredients and the versatility of seafood.
Fun Facts about him:
👯‍♀️ When Yuji is not at Lure creating delicious new recipes, he is spending time with his twin daughters.
🇯🇵 He would describe himself as Wabi Sabi.
🍝 He could eat pasta 3 meals a day.

Beginning Monday, December 7 all California Lure Fish House locations will be open only for take-out, curbside, and delivery services.

Our hours will be from 11:30 AM until 8:00 PM daily.

Orders can be placed on our website for delivery and curbside service. Orders can also be made by calling the individual stores to pick up.
