🤸‍♀️ 1. Cat-Cow Stretch

📍 Position: Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position.

🔄 Movement: Arch your back towards the ceiling (Cat) and then lower your belly towards the floor (Cow).

🕐 Duration: Repeat 10-15 times.

🤸‍♀️ 2. Child’s Pose

📍 Position: Start on your hands and knees.

🔄 Movement: Sit back on your heels and stretch your arms out in front.

🕐 Duration: Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

🤸‍♀️ 3. Lumbar Rotation Stretch

📍 Position: Lie on your back with both knees bent.

🔄 Movement: Keeping your knees together, gently lower them to one side while keeping your shoulders flat on the ground.

🕐 Duration: Hold each side for 20-30 seconds.
