Every class should feel like a challenge! Professional ballet dancers feel challenged even in Beginner Level Ballet Classes! WHY??? Because they CHALLENGE THEMSELVES to plié, tendu, relevé the best they can, better than yesterday, every time! You need to challenge yourself that way in every class you attend.

If you tell your teacher that a class was too easy or you need a harder class to feel challenged, you are telling them something about yourself. You are telling the world that you don't understand ballet yet.

Our new beginner session starts next Wednesday!

Due to high demand we added an additional class, also on Wednesdays at 6:00-7:30 pm, and it’s almost full too!

Try our new Mat Pilates class this summer!
Sophie Brooks, one of our adult students who is also a Pilates teacher will be teaching this class on Wednesdays, 6-7 pm in Studio 3. Sign up for the full summer or pay per class.

Expect a blend of controlled movements, breathwork and precise alignment cues to target different muscle groups. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a full-body workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

You will find this class on our registration site listed with the Summer Adult Ballet Classes.

No classes on Monday, 5/27 (Memorial Day), except for the 9:30 am Adult 5/Pro class.
