It's April, baby! 💐 New Spring Workshop just announced - DIY Aromatherapy 🪴Simple, Sustainable Living is one of my greatest passions, and I've been making my own Bath, Beauty, and Cleaning products for years. Face masks, hair masks, tooth whitening powder, mouthwash, body scrub, face toner, all purpose cleaner..you name it, there's a little glass jar in my medicine cabinet or cleaning closet. All you need are a few household items (you likely already have most of them in your pantry!) and a nice collection of your favorite essential oils. These past few months, I've had more no-shows than I can count. It's an unfortunate part of being in the service industry, and I know many of you can relate. This month was the first time I went over my $ budget with lots of unexpected expenses coming up, and in order to pick up groceries today, I was going to have to use my credit card for the first time in a long time.

On my way to Caputo's, I stopped at my shop to drop some stuff off for this weekends workshop and found this note in my mailbox.

It's raining men- hallelujah! 🙌 ☔ congrats to our latest and greatest Reiki 1 + 2 practitioner. I wasn't the only one doing the teaching - this handsome fella shared his knowledge on Taoism and left me the keys to my new reading material 💜🙏🔑

The studio was full of LOVE this weekend 💜 Full day of Reiki for Lovers sessions to celebrate SuperBowl. D'oh! I mean Valentines weekend! 🙈 💘 homemade chocolate covered strawberries - one for each client, ten still waiting in the fridge with the name Rachel on them. 🍓🍓🍓

🌟the studio was lighting up the town of VP today! Sunny was a very good girl, so after class, she got her McDonald's drive thru dinner mom promised her 🥇Congrats to this beautiful batch of new Reiki Practitioners 🙌 next Level 1 + 2 Group Class coming in April 😎

🌙2023 Group Workshops🌙 Our monthly workshops are such a hit! When I first opened the space, building Community was one of my strongest intentions. Going into 2023, we may be putting more emphasis into these group environments by offering 2 dates/month to accommodate everyone who wants to attend. The workshops are a more viable option for those who are not in a financial position to afford one on one healing sessions. The studio has attracted such a beautiful tribe - we always welcome new faces 💜 all that is required on your end is an open heart and an open mind 😘 Be sure to look out for our monthly newsletters that come out the 1st of every month so that you don't miss sign up announcements

Summer Reiki 1 & 2 Group Class now posted - 3 spots left 💜 After taking this class, you will be at the Practitioner Level, meaning you will be attuned to not only channel Reiki, but be able to give treatments to yourself and others 🌟💡curriculum details and enrollment link on website. We will be alternating between Level 1 & 2 and Master Level 3 Group Classes every other month, so the next 1 & 2 Group Class will be in October.

So honored to have had these beautiful souls as students for our very first Group Reiki 1 + 2 Class for yesterday's Full Pink Moon 💕 In our teachings, we learned how we are all energetic beings with 'antennas', constantly scanning and processing information from our environments to make sure we are safe. In the early days of our lineage, this was very necessary due to the actual threat of an animal or enemy potentially threatening our life. Many years and evolutions later, That 'super power' never left us, and we read people and environments minute by minute. These beauties were opening their hearts and sharing their stories within minutes of meeting one another, because when we feel SAFE, we let our guards down, and let that beautiful unconditional love pour in AND out 💘 so proud of my girls! 👏🦋💡🌟

This is a topic that has been coming up often during my sessions, and it was also one of the biggest game changers on my own healing journey in terms of my self-image, which is the set point from which you are creating your life🌟

We like it when people like us. That's just human nature. Very few of us enjoy the feeling of 'disappointing' someone, or doing something we know people close to us (or even strangers!) disagree with. We loveeeeee getting external validation.🤗 (ahem...our EGO!)

For some of us...There comes a turning point where we start to realize we have lived our entire lives for other people, and have no clue who in the world WE are. We made decisions that prioritized other people's opinions on what was 'best' for us. Some experience this as an existential crisis. Others call it the Dark Night of the Soul. Others call it a 'Rebirth.' Regardless of what you label the experience, it is essentially YOU coming HOME to who YOU truly are.

And one of the most pivotal parts of this beautiful process of stepping into your True Self is the shedding of all of the projections you have endured your entire life from unconscious people who made you believe things about yourself that formed your self image. This is also the part where you take full accountability for your own projections you placed onto others while you, yourself, were unconscious.

Then, you forgive yourself. And you forgive the others.

Caring what other people think of you is the biggest prison that you create in your own mind. There are ALWAYS gonna be haters lol! And guess what? What they think of you is NONE of your business. People who love and accept themselves project that love and acceptance onto others. People who despise themselves project that negativity and hatred onto others. Hurt people hurt people.

Get your little tail out there and SHINE ON, you crazy diamonds!🌟 Those people who are YOUR people will find you and love you for it.....🤍
