Cox’s Automotive Repairs is seeking a motivated office manager/service writer. Business hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5 pm. Looking for someone with strong organization, verbal and written communication skills. Primary responsibilities include customer intake/communication, documentation, parts ordering, collaboration with auto technicians, and scheduling appointments. Experience in automotive field is preferred/would be very helpful in this role. Requires knowledge of, or ability to learn AllData Ticketing System for day-to-day workflow of preparing estimates, repair orders, and invoices for payment collection.
