Through gymnastics instruction, our mission is to play a healthy role in as many lives as possible.
J.A.Gymnastics will provide the community with a safe and friendly environment in which to learn all levels of gymnastics. JAG will offer Pre-School Gymnastics Classes, as well as Boys and Girls Progressive Gymnastics Classes through the Fun & Fit Gymnastics Program. While gymnastics isn't for everyone, JAG will also offer Cheerleading Classes as well as Trampoline and Tumbling Classes for all ski

Our Story
J.A.Gymnastics provides the community with a safe and friendly gymnastics environment in which to learn all levels of gymnastics. JAG offers Pre-School Gymnastics Classes, Girls Progressive Gymnastics Classes, Tumbling Classes for all skill levels, and a Co-ed Ninja/Tricking Class.
If a child displays natural gymnastics ability through one of our progressive class programs, JAG's Invitational programs would most likely suit that child best! Aside from the various class programs offered at JAG are 2 competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastic's programs: Junior Olympic and Xcel. JAG's competitive teams are by invitation and are for girls only.
Private lessons and Gymnastics-themed Birthday Parties are also available to the community as well as many special events such as open gyms every Saturday! JAG is happy to provide opportunities of all levels to the 12 month-18 year old age group.
All skill levels, backgrounds, and children looking for creative self expression, exercise and/or social opportunities through gymnastics are welcome at J.A.Gymnastics!
