New fight! Other opponent backed out and dropped a weight class so we were offered a much tougher fight instead. This is a serious opponent, make sure to come out or tune into the ppv as he makes his forest into the adult leagues in two weeks!

A quick day today for some of our jiujitsu students. A number of folks didn’t have anyone in their divisions so passed up this tournament. Shout out to Jerome who won his division and then tried to take out some kids two age categories below him and Phil who took another gold in his Gi division!

One more fight for June, because who needs time off? steps up to fight for a MuayThai title at No Boundary Fight in Melrose MA this Saturday!!

MuayThai Wednesday class, well over 100 fights between the fighters in the photo this time. Training right alongside our beginners helping to improve their games every step of the way. 💥🥊

Congratulations on the level up to 3 of our teen students who all took the dive and started fighting competitively in MuayThai this past year. To Barbara, Ryan and Luca, congratulations on your successes and taking on tremendous opponents all over America. Congrats to the many adults who achieved their first promotions but special shout out to Peter and Isaiah for becoming the 9th and 10th people in 14 years of the gym to achieve our 3rd rank, Peter having 9 fights and recently achieving a 3 fight win streak and Isaiah for his fantastic performance Saturday and six years of dedication to his training. 🙏

A huge congrats to Isaiah for his promotion to blue belt this weekend, in what be the most over due promotion of all time. Also congrats to Ryan and Barbara for continuing up the kids ranks and all the other folks who received stripes for their hard work.

Growing up being able to train in so many disciplines and to be able to afford to travel and compete are privileges. Having the discipline to take advantage of these opportunities with diligent training and perseverance is what creates champions. 🥋

Now that the photos are rolling in, I just want to take a moment to congratulate Brandon Quinn and David Lee on their wins this weekend! And while Adel didn’t get the win, he and Quinn took their fights on short notice, which is always an uphill battle, so I’m glad we took the win with Quinn and the loss resulted in no injuries 🙏 at the end of the day it’s just little ol’ me running the kids program, the Jiujitsu program, the MuayThai program and the fight team, and I booked a ridiculous spring schedule for the team this year. I simply couldn’t be doing this without all the help from the senior students and fighters covering classes, helping with sparring and other general fight camp assistance from everyone. We built an incredible community post lockdown and every student has helped to elevate one another to the next level!

Hey we don’t always win, now that the photos are out though I wanted to give a shout-out to the fighting couple and Ross. Even when we lose people know they were in a fight, with Vic putting on an amazing display of technical muaythai at every range against an undefeated opponent. We couldn’t be more proud of the growth these two have shown this year!
