About Patricia...
I have always been interested in helping people—whether it was through health care or through by providing beauty services. This is primarily why I became interested in electrolysis. I wanted to help others dealing with hormonal hair and aid them in the best way that I could.
Prior to that, I sought to help others in the medical field. I pursued a degree in nursing when I lived in Nicaragua and graduated from college in 1994. I then worked as a nurse for a short time before meeting my wonderful husband.
When I decided to move to the United States, I was slightly disappointed that I would no longer be a certified nurse. However, I was determined to continue to professionally help others. I took permanent makeup courses and became certified as a medical assistant.
It was only when I had children that I began seriously looking into electrolysis. My daughter wanted treatments for her arms so I began learning everything I could about the process. I soon realized that this was a treatment I could get behind.
