About a month ago our beloved Hannah level advanced. When a stylist level advances it means she has kept her retention goal, has been 80% or higher booked up for a certain period of time, has received glowing reviews, goes over and beyond for her clients. Promotions are paced so sometimes they can be given quickly and sometimes they can take a little longer. Although Hannah is our education director in the salon, she also stands behind the chair and gives glowing experiences and this promotion is well deserved. If you see her make sure you say congratulations!

𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝟏
Yah! Savannah has finished her cosmetology school requirement and will be a level 1 stylist as soon as she passes her state board test. You will see her at the salon part time until then and full time after. She is so excited for this journey! In her free time you will see her hanging out with her family, friends, or boyfriend, or at Marshall’s finding the greatest deal! She’s an outside lover, farmers market, church going gal.

It’s birthday… so it’s only right if we post some of our favorite work she’s done! 🥳

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐
I proudly announce that Alicia is prepping for a level 2 stylist. We have a date of 5/1 for her to advance, but she is doing so well that it may happen a few weeks earlier. What that means is her boot camp is done with all of the modules, she is super prepared to take clientele and is excited to hit the floor running.
She is still considered a bloomie (junior) stylist at level 2 and will now have a mentor assigned to her.
We are so very excited to see her career launching and for her to flourish.

Judith does our special projects; she is sometimes in the front when needed, but she mostly has a computer in the back office and works away on reports, particular docs, or projects. She is one of the salon moms who always takes care of us. We are so blessed Judith joined our team before we even made the switch to the flower salon, working on the switchover before anyone even knew

I am excited to announce on February 15th, Sheena will be promoted to a level 3 stylist.
This promotion is well deserved, as all of you who have met Sheena adore her. Her smile and laugh with constant positivity make her a person that you love to be around. Her work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail make her an exceptional stylist. She has been with the salon for five years, working only one day a week as an assistant and our designated esthetician, to this past year becoming full-time (so one year as a flower bud, but we've been working along side her a long time)
Sheena specializes in vivids, smoothing treatments, and highlights. She is still our waxer.
Her schedule is Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
When Sheena is not at work, she is with her family, her sister, and brother, or her two kids, but she loves us so much she likes to spend time with us on her off days as well :). We love you Sheena!

It’s been two years since Carolina went on maternity leave, but she came back with us at the beginning of December, and she has been getting booked up with all her excited clients this holiday season.
She’s back one day a week and soon to be two days, but for now, on Fridays, 8:30 am -2:30 pm. She is joining Jenna with our morning crew.

Level 1 comes with 11 modules of hair, defining She has a love for sunshine and kittens 🐈‍⬛. She is already giving amazing head massages and blowouts and is excited to dive deep and learn about all things hair in the salon. When asked what she wanted to specialize in, she said she wasn’t sure because she loves it ALL. We are so excited for you to meet her.

Please join me in congratulating Karina for promotion to a level 4 stylist.
Let me take a moment and explain what that means for and for her.
Level 3 and below are considered our junior stylists (bloomies), and each level has steps to help you become your best stylist on track. With this promotion, she will no longer be considered a junior stylist. She has gone to great lengths to get extra education in and out of the salon, sometimes even catching flights to offer you an experience that is nothing short of remarkable.
To her, this promotion comes with a title change, a pay increase, more paid time off, a higher tool reimbursement, and a higher Edu reimbursement. This means she is just going to get better and better.
This promotion is well deserved, and we know you'll agree since her client retention rate is out of this world (that means you came to her once and then came back over and over again because you loved her that much).
Karina’s promotion has a slight price shift to reflect her experience, skills, and availability.

For those of you who haven't met Lauren, she is one of our veteran Master stylists. Lauren is a booth renter and has been at Flowers Salon since the beginning. She works 2-4 days a month working on blondes, reds, and tape-in extensions. She is one of the mindset souls you'll ever meet and if you catch her outside of work she is likely with her family doing something fun. We are delighted to have her.
