Gentle Yoga for All
Starting Monday, August 19, 2024 | 6:30PM – 7:30PM

A gentle moving meditation to restore balance to the body and mind.

Join us Monday evenings to practice Yoga in a comfortable and friendly setting. We meet in person, upstairs, in the Oakview Room at the Walnut Creek Library.

Please drop in, no registration is required, and all abilities and experience levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Meditation
Starting Friday, August 9, 2024 | 10:30AM – 11:30AM

Please join our weekly meditation group, hosted by the Divya Babaji Sushumna Kriya Yoga Foundation ! The meditation will be simple, effective, and designed for contemporary times to suit the needs of our community's Holistic health - Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social health and Spiritual well-being. Meditation will take place seated in chairs and there will be time for questions after the session. No registration is required and beginners are always welcome.

Please show up 10 minutes early, at 10:20, for an initial introduction if attending for the first time.

Join us for an incredible program led by a world-renowned percussionist. Onye Onyemaechi, an educator and performing musician, will engage attendees in a participatory experience of African Village life.

Summer Reading ends August 3!

Remember to bring in your completed passport or your Beanstack completion badge to your local branch to claim your Summer Reading prize.
