Exciting news! Building Connections Academy is expanding to a brand new location in Martinez. We are hosting an open house on Monday, August 12th from 10am-12pm. This will be a unique time where the community is welcome to see our campus, learn more about our programs, meet our teachers, staff, and community. Building Connections is accepting new clients for our after school programs starting in February. Every Monday we are hosting a board game club where children will be developing social skills, critical thinking, sportsmanship, spatial intelligence, and improve patience and concentration. Every Tuesday, we are hosting a creative kids studio where children will be building fine motor skills, creativity, confidence, problem-solving, and enhancing communication through fun art projects! Finally, on Wednesdays we run a social group to develop your child's emotional, social skills, and executive functioning skills

Our second annual Milk and Cookies with Santa was such a good night. Games, art, a story with Santa and his elf.

Thank you to everyone who helped with our Amazon wishlist. If you are doing a summer clean out BC academy is taking donations of books (children and young adult), beanbags, sensory items, toys (indoor and outdoor) games. Extra art supplies, sewing items, ect.

We have just wrapped up our first two weeks of summer camp! ☀️ We started off with introductions during talent show week as we worked together to pinpoint various hidden talents. 🎤🎭 This week, campers enjoyed science week with various activities such as walking water, balloon chemistry, making slime, and so much more! 🔬🧪 We also have a brand new class guinea pig that will be featured during our Wildlife Perspective week. Not only are our campers exploring many fun activities, but they are also improving their social skills, executive functioning skills, and emotional skills in a fun way!
