The last time the Summer Olympics were in Paris in 1924, women made up 5% of the athletes. 100 years later women will make up 50% of athletes for the first time ever!

The 2024 Paris Olympic Games will be the first Games to reach full gender parity. Out of the 10,500 athletes participating in the Games, 5,250 will be men and 5,250 women.

😂 The most important thing when "counting reps" is to make sure each one counts. Are you completing the rep with proper form? Are you recruiting the correct muscles? Because if you're going to take the time to exercise, make sure you're doing it right!

And what are your goals... Are you looking to build (4-6 reps), (8-12 reps), or (15-20 reps)? Depending on what your goal of the day is, you should fatigue within THAT # of reps.

If you're trying to get , and you could complete 20-30 reps of a particular exercise, you will not get the strength gains you're trying for! You need to get to a fatigue point within the 8-12 reps for strength.

Talk to your if you're not sure if you are doing the right amount of reps for your or exercise routine!
