Just sharing a few habits that can benefit your hair/scalp routine 😊 more in depth below!

1. Drink more water!-Soooo many people bypass this super easy to-do that if added to your routine could make an amazing difference in the health of your hair and growth.
2. Massage your scalp for 5 min daily-According to research, scalp massage increases hair thickness by stretching the cells of hair follicles. This, in turn, stimulates the follicles to produce thicker hair. It's also thought that a scalp massage may help dilate blood vessels beneath the skin, thereby encouraging hair growth.
3. Document how you hair/scalp reacts to products- keep a hair journal that documents when you use new products that way of you happen to see changes you know where they could have come from
4. Moisturize your Hair/Scalp before/during/after wearing wigs- when you suffer from hair loss sometimes the focus can transfer quickly from your hair to wigs. If your follicles are alive don’t give up! Some extra TLC could be just what your hair/scalp needs.
5. Wear your hair natural 1 week/month or 1 day/week- Why you ask? Your hair and scalp loves to breathe just like you 😊 give it some fresh air every now and again
