I’ve been gradually working to overcome my fears, and with each step, I can feel myself getting closer to my goals. Sometimes, I need to pause and recognize the progress I’ve made, trusting that everything unfolds in its perfect timing.

Remember, courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s acting despite it. So, go for it. Embrace the uncertainty, welcome the challenges, and watch as you turn your fears into fuel for success.

Fun Fact Friday. In July 2019 we hiked after one of our buddies won the lottery. It was on a random weekday and we only had a hours to prepare.

I always heard stories of people doing it but never in a million years did I think I WOULD! 😅

Here’s the thing, I can be a scary cat but at the same time, I’ll still do stuff like this and not back down 🥲

This is one of the scariest things I’ve done, besides jumping off a 20ft cliff not knowing how to swim (I had a vest) and I don’t think I would ever do it again, but then again who knows 🤷‍♀️

Moral of the story: Take a chance on something that can be a once in a lifetime opportunity, I think you won’t regret it!!

End goal for today:
Achieve a lighter look, have a money piece, maintain length and integrity, and have a cool-neutral tone.

Process:
•Start in the front with diagonal baby lights around the face
•Alternate teasylights and carefully remove old over processed highlights,
•lightly bleach and soften brassy chunky highlights
•colormelt to soften harsh lines
• use treatment to avoid as much damage as possible

Did you know, when a hair strand splits it keeps splitting up until that strand breaks ?

If your goal is to have long beautiful hair I always recommend to trim your hair every 4 months and use an oil such as .murphy.education .

A good way to remember and stay consistent is to cut it with every season. This will help keep dead ends away giving your hair time to grow healthily without breaking.

Often I get asked what my name means and as of recent years I was finally able to find a meaning online.

Aidé [pronounced: I-deh] Noble, Kind. A name that’s undeniably linked with virtues such as kindness and supportiveness.

I like to think these words describe a bit of who I am as a person.

I’m curious do any of you know what your name means ?

✨PRO TIP✨: Inspiration photos are great but make sure you’re choosing one that has a similar base color, and texture to yours and one that shows the color the way you style most of the time. Example, if I wear my hair straight most of the time I wouldn’t pick a color that shows only curled.
