Sorry it took so long for follow up pics, another post to follow with end results

74 hours! 2 sump closets, one clothing closet, dropped the breaker panel down 2 feet, drop ceiling, all new receptacles and wiring, and recessed lighting. And a new floor!

50 x 50 deck off the side of a mountain with a 10 x 10 pavilion on tallest corner and a 30' yurt being constructed.... finished pics to come!

Front and rear decks on double wide

New tongue and groove ceiling and fixtures

Full basement Finnishing, with new windows, and a full kitchen area and bathroom/ laundry room

Full exterior pressure wash, repaired/ replaced chimney board, stained exterior

Full exterior, power wash, pest treatment, stain, clear, repair of rotted logs, board and batten 2nd floor face lift, and stair case to upper deck.

Ceiling, floors, trim, and secret door in closet to safe room

Pole barn /

Horse barn with (she shed)

Not done but at least under roof, and flashing is mostly done

Ripped up carpet and laid Lam. flooring, also ripped up staircase carpet refinished wood and painted after adding accent in risers.

Full tear down and rebuild, all new fixtures, custom shower, pocket door

Removed carpet from floor, and laid the new flooring.

Customer had an addition on the back of the garage. They just wanted access to it from inside. Nothing special just framed it out so it didn't have sharp edges.

570 square feet of tile to lay, but first we must bore 6inch holes to support the collapsed portion of the slab. Then we will pour concrete in the holes, vibrate, and finish the tops before we use floor leveling concrete.Then we will lay the floor. Stay tuned for more photos

Replaced pergo with 25 year laminate because of water damage. Doing the trim tomorrow
