Here is a nice chimney-top installation for one of our large Clasico grill inserts.

1. Just build the opening a little bit larger than your grill.

2. Simply stand the grill inside the opening on the hearth floor.

3. We will supply you with a crank extension to get that wheel mounted on the outside of your fireplace.

This one pictured here is just waiting for the chimney top to be placed.

Not grill related, but cleaning out a desk at the shop, I found some of our old phones gathering dust.

I think that Motorola Verizon flip phone on the bottom was my favorite phone of all time. I loved that thing. So solid-all metal.

of course, these pics were taken with my iPhone 13, so I guess we’ve come a long way with these phones.

If wind is an issue where you grill, we can add a stainless steel wind guard to any of our Clasico Grill Inserts.

What’s great about this design is you can pull the grill insert out of the cart at any time. You can use the cart for whatever else you want to burn or cook on. You can also move your grill insert to a future permanent base if you desire.

Here we look back fondly on one of our Christmas asados with Ed manning the parrilla.

Gaucho Grills was born from the heart of this man, Eduardo Pentz.

We owe all to him. He is so appreciated, so loved, and so missed.

We give thanks to God that we will have an Asado with him again some day. Until then, he is a huge part of everything we do at Gaucho Grills.
