Yo ho ho mateys we finally let this craft set sail. She is a lean mean custom pektton resilient attachment overdenture machine. We placed these prior to our crew member undergoing radiation therapy and now we are proud to have made it through the storm for this vessel to really lay her ears back.

Since we are fortunate enough to be pirates who take care of other pirates, we tend to find that our clientele can have a little trouble getting their ships into and out of port since they tend to have a hook or eyepatch (that whole limited dexterity and lack of depth perception can be a real w***h, but alas the sea is a cruel mistress). We have been experimenting with a technique to help them bring their ships home after a long voyage at sea. We call it a guided harbor pilot technique. She has got custom abutments on her bow to guide her way into the path of insertion and locator abutments on her stern to keep her anchored. All of this held together with an selective laser melted 3d printed framework as a keel to keep her true.

Great fun firing all cannons today. The crew manned their guns nicely. Same day 2nd stage, scan, design, mill,and seat custom abutment and crown.

Today we added a new vessel to our fleet lineup. She runs a trilor main spar with an Anaxdent hull and running gear. This should be a beauty and a workhorse for us.

It’s a great day at sea as Patches the pirate hoist the colors to begin a double full arch case today

This week we were able to put our latest German dreadnought through some sea trials. She a sweet VHF Z4 mill hopefully will be Z-one to deliver some nice same day dentistry. She also proved capable of some same day hybrid repairing too.

Don’t choose just one. Both can be combined for the best results!

Hmm what be here me see but a VHF mill in the box for me! Avast same appointment crown PREPARE TO BE BOARDED...and overrun!

Here be a trick for all me ship mates. This patient likes sailing their vessel in rough seas and has cracked their hull several times while we make their final voyage. So after I made this latest provisional I used our denture digital duplicating technique to make a digital copy. Now we can make a whole armada of temps to throw into the storm.

Ahhh...as we pass the Emerald Isle we be finding wee leprechauns have boarded and become stowaways! They be kind as can be so I hope you have a good day such as me! Happy Saint Patrick’s Day to you all.
