I just realized that today marks 26 years since we started our business. Thank goodness that it started out a little slow at first as we were building up a patient base and getting to know referring doctors in the area. The only knowledge that we had about running a dental office is what I learned in my younger years as a dental assistant. Rob knew all that he needed to know to treat patients, but we started the admin portion with a smidge of an idea on what to do and all of the things to have to operate the business portion! I learned on my own how to file insurance claims, and with little training on the software, somehow we figured it all out. We’ve learned so much on what works and what doesn’t work, and we will continue learning as things change.

One thing that I will say without a doubt is that WE ARE BLESSED! We have had some amazing staff work with us over the years, MOST have felt like family!😜 We have met hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of wonderful people that work in referring offices, the docs, and the patients that they refer to us! We would not be a success without everyone mentioned above! We are grateful for all of you who support us and trust us with your patients! Thank you!♥️

We are looking for a full time front desk receptionist / correspondence coordinator.

Job duties include but not limited to:
*Typing dictations regarding patient treatment
*Mail / email patient correspondence to referring offices
*Scanning paperwork into patient charts
*Answering phones / scheduling appointments
*Checking patients in / out and taking patient payments

Experience is preferred but not required. This is a full time position. Monday - Thursday from 7:45am - 5pm. Possible half day on Friday's.
