Welcome to the Flannel Black page
Based out of Warner Robins, Georgia, Flannel Black is a five-piece funk-driven rock band.
Formed in August 2018, Mykell had the idea to start a band, quickly recruiting Patrick and Josh along with a few others to join him. In February 2019, Rei joined the band, taking over as lead vocalist and front woman shortly after in April. September 2019 saw the addition of lead guitarist, Kevin.
Each member brings their own influences to the music leading to a fusion of several different styles of music. From Rei’s punk rock and jazz influences, Patrick’s funky bass lines, Mykell and Kevin’s metal-driven guitars, our sound is a melting pot of music featuring sweetly sinister lyrics and a musical mix that’s bound to keep your head banging and your body shaking as we bring to you the one and only, Flannel Black.
