Thomas Steinhauer - Funeral Services Assistant

Thomas is a well-rounded individual who has been working at D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home since June of 2014. He is a graduate of Grosse Pointe South, completing his education in 2010. Currently residing in Grosse Pointe Farms with his family, Thomas is the oldest of five siblings and hails from a sizable family with 13 aunts and uncles on his mother’s side.

In his leisure time, Tom is a passionate sports enthusiast, supporting various teams, though the Detroit Lions football team holds a special place in his heart. He shares a love for baseball with his uncle, Cardinal Joseph Tobin, often enjoying a Tigers games together. He also embraces his Catholic faith and is actively involved with the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Detroit, a place his maternal family has a strong connection to.

Tom recently was recently award this years’ 2024 Service Excellence Award for our company. He is an invaluable team member, always going above and beyond to help others. We are lucky to have him as a team member at Temrowski Funeral Home.

A 21-Gun Salute by the Warren Police Honor Guard will take place in front of the FOP #124 Lodge Memorial at 6:00pm tonight.
