So often there’s a misconception regarding lash shedding & lashes “ being pulled out” seeing your NL attached to your extension is completely normal and how the shedding process occurs. If your Lash Extension was to shed and there be no NL attached this would mean the extension had poor retention and detached from the Lash Extension. Shedding is normal.

I will never sell you a dream. Running a small business is HARD. It is not all glitz and glam, it’s constant criticism,
Doubting yourself, setting goals and missing them bc you’re just trying to make ends meet, somedays you feel like a BAD b”^ch & nobody can tell you nothing ! Somedays you’re like “ what the hell am I doing” .

You can’t slack or it will show in your finances and business. You have to constantly motivate yourself - if you’re as lucky as me you’ll have a good 5 friends in your corner reminding you of how far you’ve come and how proud they are of you ( i can’t even place value on that 🙏) .

You have to dedicate yourself to your brand and in the beauty industry MUST keep learning ( and not just YouTube 🙄) you must invest thousands of dollars into your craft - take new classes - try to new techniques - order the best products …. If you want to get ahead , be respected and run a good business . Not everyone will like you - or your work- and THATS OKAY!

I wanted this post to be raw and truthful … when I did my interview I didn’t sugar coat.. I want women who join this industry to understand the truth so they can be prepared and succeed . Not jump into it thinking it’s all peachy and then fail- I’d fail you by not being 100% transparent . All of my students will tell you we start off class with a little “ get to know me “ session we all introduce ourselves, say what we are doing , where we been and where we are going … sharing your journey truthfully will help more women succeed than you realize . When you take our classes you’re not only paying to learn a skill you are investing into learning through us educating you based off our costly experiences / mistakes from the past… things no one taught us but we had to learn by DOING..

Invest in yourself, know what you signed up for and go full throttle! Im coming up on 7 years soon!
