A forced relationship is like an itch you can't scratch. Why are some of us still doing it at the age that we are?

Listen if you have to force or continously encourage people to show up its time to revisit and understand where you stand at with this person.

I used to think understanding where I stood at with a person meant that I had to continue a relationship with that person.....truth is you don't especially if the relationship no longer serves you.

Self affirmation say this to yourself : I am worthy and deserving of healthy relationships that are genuine and bring value to my life.

Allowing people to always pick from your garden can leave your garden bare. Nurturing your garden means that you have set boundaries you have given it the attention needed so that you can be whole.

During this work week set boundaries for people and things that cause stress. Establish a specific time where your phone is on Do not disturb, Establish days when you are ready for company, lay off doing favors or giving advice if you feel that you are already stressed.

Take control and set those boundaries UNAPOLOGETICALLY.

4. Revisit your plan every three months to remove activies that nolonger serve you and to add those that do.
