Hey BWC Vendor village! We’re excited to announce we’re coordinating the community marketplace for Eckington Day, October 2nd, 2 - 4 pm.

This outdoor event will feature music, family friendly activities, food, and more for and to celebrate the Eckington Community.

Starting a business on your own is like drinking from a fire hydrant...For real! There are so many details beyond making a great product that are REQUIRED to keep small businesses growing and going.

So... we decided to create a space (The Black Women Collab Pop Up Shop) where small businesses could learn + grow together. After all, who really wants to take a long journey alone?

Our vendor lineup is diverse, creative, and ready. Each pop up shop gives our vendors an opportunity to share their wares, meet the community, and earn money to support their businesses.

This weekend a limited number of shoppers can “secure a box”!!! We will have “Black Women Collab Pop-Up Boxes” that allow you to support 7 small businesses with 1 purchase.

When we say “further together” we mean it! Last weekend we had an amazing day debuting the Black Women Collab Pop Up Shop Box. We partnered with 6 of our vendors to curate a box that features samples of each of their products.

We have a small quantity left that will be available this Saturday at our pop up shop.

We’ll be open 11 am - 4 pm at Creative Grounds DC.
