Great Job Keza! Another 5 star review.
We had a wonderful experience with Keza. She is highly knowledgeable in newborn care. As first time parents this was extremely helpful to have someone teach us tricks to help with our little ones gas troubles. You can feel very comfortable having her in your home. She is very respectful and we will definitely have her back again!

Another wonderful review. Good job Mary!
We had a terrific experience with Teresa of Overnight Newborn Care LLC and newborn care specialist Mary during a ten day period in fall 2024. During a stressful period when my wife was in the final stages of studying for her Nurse Practitioner board certification exam and I was taking off from work to care for our eight-week old but our daughter was having trouble staying asleep without being held, Teresa connected us with Mary in one day's time and Mary proved to be a tremendously knowledgeable and reassuring nighttime caregiver for our daughter. Mary bonded with our daughter at once and immediately got her sleeping in her bassinet for longer periods than we'd been able to. Each morning Mary gave us detailed and informative reports about how the night had gone and what she'd done to get good results, many of which we were able to implement ourselves the next day. We recommend Mary and Overnight Newborn Care to anyone looking for expert, caring help with their newborn, particularly with sleep training.

Lovely note from a client. Great job LaTory!
Hi Teresa,
Just wanted to send a quick note saying thank you so much for connecting us with LaTory. It was truly so helpful at a time when we really needed it. And of course, thank you to you for being so responsive to our request for assistance on the same day! You all knocked it out of the park.
LaTory was communicative, professional, and so compassionate and caring. She asked us questions to learn about my son’s sleep habits and what we were trying to work on, took notes so she could share her observations with us from his overnights, and most importantly, got him used to sleeping without the swaddle and learning how to self-soothe in a matter of days! We went on vacation the day after LaTory left and I was concerned that our son would struggle with sleep again since he’d be in a new environment, but he actually slept better than he ever has and did 11-hour nights on a pack ‘n play, which I’m certain is all due to LaTory’s work! I got some much needed sleep and peace of mind the nights she was with us, and we learned some strategies to set us up for success moving forward.
I wouldn’t hesitate to invite LaTory back into our home in the future if we need help again and would be happy to serve as a reference for any future clients. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Another 5 star review. Good job Keza!
We received excellent service from Keza and Overnight Newborn Care for our newborn -- would highly recommend them to new parents in the Fairfax/Loudoun area! A.S. VA.
"The true cost of childcare is not just the price tag that you are charged.
It’s the extra hour of sleep you and your child lose because you need to get up early to get ready, to pack lunches and loveys, to drop off before rushing to work.
It’s the tardies at work for clocking in 2 minutes late.
It’s rushing to pick them up after work so that they don’t feel like they’re always the last one there (and to avoid the $1/minute late fees).
It’s missing many days in a row due to colds and flus, but still having to pay for the days you don’t take them in and still having to use your hard earned time off to keep them home.
It’s letting down your coworkers, your manager, and in my case—my patients, again, because your child woke up with a fever and couldn’t go to school.
It’s school hours that are just not long enough so you need to find after school care too.
It’s spending holidays and breaks watching your kid(s) because daycare or school is closed.
It can look like giving up a job, a career you loved, to stay home and watch your child(ren).
It’s parents who work on opposite schedules, ships passing in the night, so that their child has at least one caretaker, even if the parents get no time together.
And all that leads to the strain on marriages, figuring out whose turn it is to call out or take over pick up/drop off duties.
It’s the guilt of not seeing your kid(s) enough, but needing time to yourself or time to work to provide food and a roof.
These are all the hidden costs of childcare on top of a price tag that seems exorbitant and yet still doesn’t pay teachers a decent living.
I never realized all of this until I had a child. It’s been an exhausting past two months of illnesses, feeling the unseen weight of these costs for my family and the families I see around me.
I love my child with all my heart and I succumb to these costs. I also never had so much empathy for my mom friends before me.
But instead of praising them as superheroes who can do it all, can we see what they’ve paid beyond the dollar amounts and understand why we cry for more support?
Simply put—childcare costs a lot. Understatement of the year."
