Meet our general manager, Chris! A veteran in the food industry, he’s been working in restaurants for almost 20 years. He started as a dishwasher, became a line cook and sous chef, and eventually made his way to the front of house because his ultimate passion is creating unforgettable experiences. Chris also runs our beverage program so if you love the wine, cocktail, or beer you’re drinking—please let Chris know! He’s especially passionate natural wines—the history and simplicity of the process, the friendly small-business winemakers.
As a musician and drummer, Chris loves how ambience and good food paired with the perfect wine and most vibey song will stay locked into your memory forever ✨ We couldn’t have asked for a more impressive, passionate, and confident general manager to lead the FOH team!

These people are our WORLD. They make the restaurant run and are the heart and soul of our operations—without them, we wouldn’t last an hour. They are parents, students, aspiring chefs, seasoned bakers, and hardworking as hell.
We include a 22% gratuity to all checks—both the Restaurant and Cafe (daytime and nighttime) because we believe in equal and equitable opportunities for our full team. This goes to both kitchen & front-of-house staff to provide living wages, health insurance, and 4 weeks paid time off for all staff at all levels.
