ANA is part of the much larger International Nightlife Association, which spans 14 countries throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. It is operated under the guidance of the Nightlife Foundation inc, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The original association was founded in 1989; the current organization is headquartered in Washington DC with virtual offices in Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA.
