Moemoana, you have been outstanding since the very beginning after winning Miss Samoa NSW to Miss Samoa and throughout your journey to the Miss Pacific Islands pageant. We have been so proud of your articulate responses to questions regarding the issues that affect the Pacific Islands. The way that you carry our name 'Sāmoa' with elegance, charm and humility has been inspiring.
