"My career in long term care began by volunteering in the activities department in a local nursing home. I was fortunate enough to spend some time with the Administrator, and from there I was inspired and set a course to serve others. In my 30 year career I have worked in home and community based services, older adult protective services, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Care. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Mansfield University and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Scranton."
