تصاویر منتشرشده در شبکههای اجتماعی در حال انتقال زخمیهای حادثه مشاهده شدهاند.
برخی گزارشها از شمار بالای تلفات و زخمیهای حادثه حکایت دارند.
خالد زردان سخنگوی فرماندهی پولیس کابل گفته است که در اثر انفجار در مقابل «لیسه عبدالرحیم شهید» ۶ تن کشته و ۱۱ تن زخمی شدهاند.
