The Educator’s Responsibility: The professional educators are committed to actively engaging children through age appropriate and developmentally appropriate practices that monitors the developmental domains in each child. Each child’s social, physical, emotional, language, and cognitive domains help foster a joyful classroom environment, providing a sense of cooperation and community. Parent partnerships are mandatory for a strong educational foundation with respect to understanding and appreciating the uniqueness of each child’s culture. We also believe character development is critical for children in their early learning years. We have adopted the 6 Pillars of Character Development as a strong foundation in support of our philosophy.
