Nestled in the heart of Palermo, lies true gem, the Mercato del Capo. Stepping into this bustling market, the senses are immediately overwhelmed by the sights, sounds, and smells of Sicilian cuisine. It was an amazing experience wandering through narrow cobblestone streets lined with colorful stalls overflowing with fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meats.The Mercato del Capo offers more than just food though; it’s a vibrant cultural experience. I lost myself in the lively atmosphere as locals haggled over prices and exchanged jovial banter.

Sipping our way through the sun-kissed vineyards of Sicily, where every glass tells a tale of ancient and modern elegance. Lost in the vineyards, every swirl, sniff, and sip is a delightful journey through flavors as rich as the island’s history. Here’s to sunny days, coastal breezes, and glasses brimming with stories. Cheers to moments that linger on the palate and memories that intoxicate the soul. 🍇🍷

Life can feel truly overwhelming sometimes. I find myself pondering why everything feels so hard right now. I recently read if anything, the fact that things are feeling hard can be indicator that you’re working to change your life and that is a process that isn’t always linear. I find that rest is a powerful antidote to our culture of constantly needing to perform, do, and take action, even in the midst of hardship. When my mind is well rested, it becomes more clear and creative. With this clarity and creativity comes the ability to take action. Happy Super Soul Sunday!

I look back and realize time and time again, I haven’t always gotten what I “wanted”... yet my path is always on purpose. With the subtle ease of trust and surrender, life will continue to deliver blessings EVEN if they look a little different than I imagined.
