Biden-Harris administration announces rule to protect retirement savers’ interests by updating investment advice fiduciary definition 04/24/2024

Yesterday, the Department of Labor finalized the Retirement Security Rule, which will protect consumers from conflicts of interest when seeking retirement-related investment advice and was backed by the PRC.

This is a huge victory for workers and retirees!
